General Meeting

If you hold bearer shares:
Submit a request to your financial intermediary that holds your shares. If you cannot be present at the Meeting but wish to vote on the resolutions, you may request a proxy or postal vote form from your intermediary.

If you hold shares in nominative form:

Reply to the notice of the meeting which will be sent to you automatically by the registrar of Rémy Cointreau shares which is handled by the Société Générale in Nantes.
